Knights and Knighthood

What are knights and were did the live?

Knights first started with nobles. Nobles picked up followers to help and alleviate battle. These men that were picked up by nobles had alot of money and had their own equipment such as shields and swords. The knights lived in castles surrounded by barriers to keep away invaders and enemies trying to breach in.

                                  Knights Training During Medieval Times

It took multiple years to train as a knight. A young boy usually at age 5 could begin to start his training. Knights learned how to fight and ride and have good manners .Knights also learned how to hunt, they hunted boars and bears which gave them skills to survive in the battlefield so they were prepared and ready to go when war came.

                                                    Knights and War

Knights appreciated war and did not think it was wrong at all in any matter. Knights made a living off of war that is why they joined war. Knights were frightened when enemies would charge at them head on full speed with swords in their hands. Knights tended to get wounded a lot and they would end up dying because there were no doctors to help them. Knights never backed down to war and never gave up they also kept fighting until they were dead.

                                                    The Feudal System

The feudal system was unfair people could not vote about any subject or matter. City people had to obey  and give money to kings. A couple of kings had more power than other kings did. Kings had became rich because they forced the poor people to pay for their houses and land. People had to follow all guidelines of the church not the government.
